It’s Adventure Time!

Whether you come to the ranch for Spring, Summer, Winter or Fall, there are seasonal
activities to do in the surrounding areas. Or, you may choose to just stay and enjoy
your lodging at the ranch with the quiet nights under star filled skies – the choice is yours!

*Please note this is NOT a dude ranch, or a ranch that provides guests with activities on-site day in and day out. From time to time as mentioned in our lodging descriptions, we may have smaller activities depending on the time of the year.*

From skiing, ice skating, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling, the nearby Medicine Bow – Routt National Forest has many areas open for all types of exploration. Below are various snow day ideas:


In the fall, surrounding BLM and nearby mountain terrain also offering great hunting (deer, antelope, elk, mountain lion, & bear). For more information on Wyoming hunting regulations and seasons, please visit the Wyoming Game & Fish Website here. To view BLM land nearby the guest ranch, please visit here. (Hunters lodge with us, but, sorry, game not included. Zone 45 and surrounding hunting areas are
available with great pronghorn (antelope). Please call the Ranch for more information to help you book cabins for your hunting group).



Equipment for guest use, depending on the activity, may be available at request, however as explained earlier, activities to guests are not typically offered. These various items are first come first serve – if you wish to purchase rentals in Laramie before embarking your final trek west to arrival, check out various rental shops located in downtown and west Laramie.
